In Vivo PET Imaging of the Activated Immune Environment in a Small Animal Model of Inflammatory Arthritis, UCSF, June 2018
[18F]F-AraG was prepared via aromatic nucleophilic substitution from a previously published procedure.No carrier-added [18F]fluoride ion was prepared via the 18O(p, n)18F reaction and transferred to an automated synthesis module (Neptis Perform; ORA, Philippeville, Belgium). The fully automated process provided HPLC-purified F-AraG in radiochemical purities of greater than 95% (HPLC analysis).
